How to go live / activate account?

Hello Team , i am really appreciate your work , and i have just create account with you but i cant go live and cant generate a link even i was requested for Production mood so please check why this happen ?

Hi @markron. You must to send the activation request form. Once sent our support team will review your business model and verify your identity. You’ll get a confirmation email once your account is fully activated.

yes i have already done but there is no response and now i again received an email for activate my account and when clicked on it its again requesting the same information.
