Request to activate account ERROR


I keep trying to submit my documents to activate my account, but I get no message confirming that it has worked. I received an email once telling me that it was reviewing my information, but then I received an email saying “welcome, you need to fill in your information”. Can anyone help me?

Hi @Roi_Romeos, probably the “welcome email” was sent before you submitted the request activation form. If you receive a confirmation mentioning the request was sent successful, so you need to wait the regular validation process. Activation Team will contact you via email.
