4Geeks Payments provides a centralized dashboard to handle post-payment operations like refunds and disputes (chargebacks).

  • Refunds: You can issue full or partial refunds directly from the transaction details page. The refund is processed instantly, and the funds are returned to the customer's card statement within a few days. See the Refunds guide for details.

  • Disputes: If a customer questions a charge with their bank, a dispute is created. You will be notified via the dashboard. You can view the dispute reason and submit evidence (such as delivery logs or terms of service acceptance) to contest the chargeback.
