Payouts are frozen because of a failed payout

We are currently facing an issue with the Payments sevice because the payouts stopped working after a failed payout.
And there is no way for us to reestablish the payouts on our own.
We tried to contact support but we have not received a response yet.

Is there a way for us to reestablish this, or how can we get support to get this to work again?

Hi @geekishcr . My team just resumed some paused payouts. Could you please check your Payouts page in Console and then confirm there’re new payouts in progress/paid?
